1. Are your directories search engine friendly?
All directories are indexed by major search engines. Most of them have no pop-ups with the exception of French directories, where advertising is excessive but we can do nothing about it. We do not submit to link farms or related. We run weekly tests to ensure that you get quality directories.

2. Are there any special requirements or restrictions?
Yes. The majority of directories accept only top level pages (domains) e.g. www.yourwebsite.com. Subpages, inner pages or deep links as in www.yourwebsite.com/subpage usually get rejected. Restrictions apply to gambling sites (casinos) but we have a working list of gambling websites for every language. Note that price differs when submitting a gambling website. To submit a blog you are required to provide an rss feed URL. Needless to say that we don’t submit any kind of illegal content that violates country laws.

3. Do you handle confirmation emails?
No. Confirmation emails are handled by customers. Note that i) some directories do not send directory submission emails at all, they might send a confirmation email at the time of acceptance or rejection, and ii) we are registered users to a number of directories where we submit multiple sites so we personally handle those submissions. If you like us to handle your confirmation emails we will charge a small fee, please send us a message to get a quote.

4. What about domains?
Top level domains (TLDs) range from .com, .net, .info, .org, .eu etc to country TLDs e.g. .de, .it, .fr etc. (see the directory submission country list). Country domains either point to websites hosted on country servers or they are but an indication where this directory has been registered but now hosted in a different country. Many directories follow the second pattern choosing a foreign host thus making difficult to judge a directory just from is domain. A good idea would be to submit your website to the country domain you focus your marketing efforts e.g. .fr for a French site. Country domain plus website language will give you higher rankings in local search engine result pages (SERPs).
To maximize your efforts we recommend submitting e.g. a French website to French language directories not only country domains, since a lot of French directories have domains in .com, .net etc. The above applies to all languages.
Country domains are fewer whereas submitting to directories based on language criteria enhance further your efforts to boost your rankings. After all, most customers choose this option, do they know less?

5. I want slow monthly submissions, is it possible?
Yes. Please send us a message to make the necessary arrangements. We could submit following your preferred schedule (weeks or months). Note that prices are not the same as regular directory submission.

6. Do you offer topic-specific directory submission?
Yes, we do. Please send a message stating your interest in a particular topic and we’ll get back with more info. We plan on publishing topic-related directory lists in the near future.

7. How do I know that my site is indeed submitted to the directories ordered?
Well a start, you get to see the directory submission emails arriving at your inbox. We recommend creating a new email account to avoid spamming. Note that some directories accept submissions only from registered users so you won’t get those emails. We are registered users to those directories where we submit multiple sites so we personally handle those submissions. But we can forward the confirmations emails to you.
When we finish with the directory submission you will get a report in *.XLS format including all the directories you have bought with names and URLs. If you need a submission review with acceptance ratio, placement and link to your submission we can do that with a small fee.
